Titan Research Compounds processes and ships orders within the United States only.

1. Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are generally processed on the next business day.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using FedEx. Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

A physical street address is required for delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, shipping times are outside of our control.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.

5. Risk of Loss

All shipments are made via third-party carriers. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed off to the carrier.

Titan Research Compounds is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Titan Research Compounds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email support@titan-research.com and include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the packaging
• clear photos of the product(s)

Failure to report within this timeframe or provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the request.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Titan Research Compounds is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. Orders requesting international delivery will not be processed.

10. Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
• weather conditions
• carrier delays
• holidays
• operational disruptions

Titan Research Compounds is not liable for such delays.
