All sales from Titan Research Compounds are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

1. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, except as expressly provided below.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request assistance, email: support@titan-research.com and include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the outer packaging
• clear photos of the product(s) received

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the request.

3. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:
• send a replacement product, or
• issue a refund or store credit

Titan Research Compounds reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Non-Eligible Situations

We do not provide refunds, replacements, or credits for:
• improper handling or storage after delivery
• dissatisfaction with results or expectations
• misuse or use inconsistent with “research use only”
• failure to read product descriptions
• shipping delays caused by carriers
• incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Titan Research Compounds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly to file claims.

6. Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details, including shipping address, are correct at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to deny any request or future orders if we suspect:
• fraudulent activity
• abuse of this policy
• violation of our Terms & Conditions

8. Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

Improper chargebacks may result in:
• account restrictions
• refusal of future service
• submission of supporting documentation to payment processors
