Are your peptides intended for clinical or therapeutic use?
No. All products are strictly for research use only and are not approved for clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications.
What form do your peptides come in?
Our peptides are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed research vials for stability during storage and transport.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. Each product includes a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis verifying testing results such as purity and identity.
What is the typical purity of your peptides?
Many products are tested to high purity levels (often 99%). Exact results vary by batch≥ and are documented in the COA.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
No. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. All sales are final. Please review
your order carefully before checkout.

Shipping & Delivery
How fast do you ship orders?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are generally processed on the next business day.Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United States.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via FedEx and UPS.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No. Carriers require a physical street address.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
No. Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delays are outside of our control.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Titan Research Compounds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to initiate a
claim.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of
the packaging and product so we can review and assist. Failure to report issues within this timeframe or provide sufficient documentation may result in
denial of the request.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of research materials, we do not accept returns or offer
refunds except in cases of verified damaged or incorrect items reported in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Products should be stored in accordance with accepted laboratory practices. Many laboratories
store lyophilized materials in cool, dry, and dark conditions to maintain stability.
What solvents should be used in research applications?
Selection of solvents and preparation methods depends on the specific research context and
should be determined by qualified professionals using appropriate laboratory standards. Titan
Research Compounds does not provide usage or preparation instructions.

Stability varies depending on storage conditions and handling. Researchers should rely on
established laboratory practices and batch documentation.
Can peptides degrade over time?
Yes. Environmental factors such as temperature, moisture, light, and handling conditions may
impact stability.

Yes. Products undergo laboratory testing to verify identity, purity, and quality prior to release.
Are your peptides FDA approved?
No. Products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration
